Windows has a critical update out for "service pack 6." I didn't know it until I read it in the newspaper this morning so I suspect others are also unaware.

had the knowledge to answer it they did That is definitely the way we hope the thread works and I believe it does. I don't feel over worked at all (I didn't mean it to sound like that) but I do feel like I can't devote the time I would like to the thread due to circumstances beyond my control. I hope if I don't or can't respond to a question addressed to me that the poster doesn't think I am ignoring him/her. I guess it's really just the nature of message boards. On the security subject: Trying to guide someone through using a program like HijackThis is a very time consuming effort. I have not gotten into that because I do not have the time. I feel it is better left to the pros (like mr.mark) on threads like computercops. mr.mark is frequenting some of those threads. I've seen his posts but don't recall which site he posts on.
