There could be difference in generic drugs, but not ones still on patent.

They're the SAME, dummy! Only they cost half as much in Canada. Because Canada buys for their whole health system and negotiates prices. I know this from personal experience, not media scare stories put out by American pharma corps and the Bush FDA, who seem to be their government lobbying arm. If it wouoldn't make them look like the scum they are, Bush would end this for Pharma's benefit. I buy American BRAND NAME drugs from Canada for half price.
