Millions of dollars' worth of equipment could not be located, the report said. Great. We invade and occupy their country (killing 10,000++ civilians), we seize their oil revenue, we use the proceeds for "reconstruction" most of which is stuff we destroyed, and then we find that the contracts are scams to enrich the contracting companies. If you were an Iraqi, how would you feel about your "liberators"? For that matter, how do you feel as an American? John
