What is sad but true for me is that my mother is a Republican. She supports Bush even
though she isn't a wealthy woman. It doesn't bother her that Bush gave the
biggest tax breaks to the richest 1 or 2% of Americans while she watches every
penny that she spends.

What bothers me is that after paying all sorts of taxes, Americans expect so little from
their government.
