there is something called the third coast report... (away from both coasts, more inland...) these markets are simply steady, strong and unabated by the noise of the out-sourcing, interest rates, and indeed the dot.bomb mania... I must go now... I will try to find this report.... actually.... some of the meat of such report I have already posted it through the Grub & Ellis and Marcus & Millichap reports.... (which are for the most part national (US) related... The Prologis reports I just posted have more of an international outlook.... I must go now....
