Hanoi kerry is damned if he lied and damned if he did not. I've never compared hanoi kerry to any real war hero. Had kerry confessed to all the war crimes he committed in Vietnam he would have never been awarded any medals. The fact he confessed years later shows he never deserved the medals he received. Clearly he and others lied about his actions and left out all the criminal conduct he later confessed to. Any person with half brain knows how a true hero would have acted. If the following is turn, a true hero would have gone public. Damned be any personal consequence. We discovered we were butchering a lot of innocent people, and morale became so low among the officers on those 'swift boats' that we were called back to Saigon for special instructions from Gen. Abrams. He told us we were doing the right thing. If the above is true coward kerry went public when is was politically safe to do so. Kerry showed cowardice and allowed the killing of innocent people go on. If the above is true. If the above is a lie, hanoi kerry is hanoi kerry. A true Benedict Arnold of the Vietnam War.
