Sure! Kerry voted for the 87 billion when it was paid for, and against it after Bush had the funding stripped from the bill. Bush would have had to shift funding from some other program or raise taxes to pay for it. Instead, he chose to pass the cost on to our children. Kerry and Edwards rightly rejected this, opting for fiscal discipline.
This is just some bumpersticker stuff from Bush's speeches. Simple to knock down with the truth!
