He just sat there. He was demonstrating to the American that he had no idea what to do. It reminds me of condilazy's answer to several questions from the 9-11 panel when she said "nobody told me to do anything". That sums up junior and all of his administration in the months preceding 9-11, they could all say "nobody told me to do anything". Disgraceful.
