Did you stop reading or understanding after what you quoted?? Those following lines are, anyway, a very old issue of economics, oil and taxes, plus estate values and the cost of a pound of cod. (without getting into the funny US-UK fishing practices) Whats your guess, on the UK elderly and their gas supply??
