Typical desperation from the right. It is becoming clear that Bush's record cannot be allowed to be the issue - if so, the election is Kerry's by default. So, make up a bunch of crap to divert the attention away from the mess that Bush has made, and hope like hell that people won't notice what a screw up Bush really is.

Won't work. America is smarter than that.
