Yes, I see what you mean - if each lunch included only one item, then just over $10 is a reasonable price. Still, I think John and entourage would be better off if they just ate their lunches and dinners at their scheduled stops, without fortifying themselves with something "better" in the bus later. Lousy p.r.

A couple of shrimp, scallops and oysters are not that expensive.

A bowl of fish soup in that restaurant is $19. And the place has been featured in Wine Spectator and gourmet magazines.
