That pretty much sums up anyone who would consider Bush as having done even a mediocre job. Bush has messed up almost everything within his power: the economy, budget, world affairs, environment, integrity, and trust.

I'm beginning to think that Gephardt's "miserable failure" label is a complement to Bush...he is worse than a miserable failure. He has set this country back years, possible decades.
