You actually thought "something big" was NOT going on out there? <G> Maybe Real Estate has reached religious proportions. Certainly opinion and "blind faith" are not in short supply.

How, if at all, are you intending to make money on the perceived distortion in specific markets of residential real estate values?

This assumes that in my case, there is no dispute of the distortion.
