The battle is going to be fought in the Midwest "rust belt." There's a lot of pain there. Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Missouri. Illinois is totally sealed. Iowa could lock up a region only missing that weird renegade: Indiana. God only knows what makes Indiana tick.

" PA, Minn, Wisc, Maine, NH and Iowa will go Kerry." Ohio and Michigan are key, then, by our combined analysis. I've been saying to friends lately that as Ohio votes this year, so goes the election.
