That's dishonest to read anything into one poll.

Not all the post-convention polls are in yet but you can see that with about 45% bedrock support on each side, even a 4% lead for Kerry is impressive.

From now on, we can never point to one poll as factual since they differ a lot. Better to eliminate the biased ones (like Fox News which always gives Bush 5% extra) and average them out. There are 8-10 major non-partisan polls and together they give the clearest picture. That's why this website is the best. You can see that Bush gained the week before the convention (for some reason) but Kerry has taken back the lost ground now. At least that's the way it seems.
