There is increasing realization in the military that this Iraq war is a mistake. I met three military servicemen on three weeks leave from Iraq who say they are going to vote for Kerry since he has been a soldier like them and he can better relate to their feelings. They are rooting for Kerry since Kerry can correct the mistake not Bush. They even told me that Bush has abandoned them by pulling out Bremmer and all "sons of riches" and have left them as sitting ducks in Iraq.

Besides, let us get rid of all the balloney. The troops are trained to fight war. Not to keep the law and order, guard bridges etc. They feel that they have finished fighting the war and they want to come back home.

Why aren't our troops guarding our streets and cities against terrorist attacks?
