The Democrats could never have gotten away with what Bush has done to us. Sidney, if the 2000 election had been decided in Gore's favor in Florida and Gore's brother had been the Governor of Florida and Gore's lapdog had been in charge of the Florida election and the Supreme Court had been packed by Democratic presidents, we would still be in court. Those miserable right-wing types would have never, ever, ever conceded. Gore made a very statesmanlike gesture for the good of the country when he conceded for which he has never gotten an ounce of credit from his utterly shameless opponents.
