Bush is the one with nothing to run on. He's already shot his wad with the 90 million in negative attack ads and they are all 100% full of BS. Kerry disproved many of those BS ads at the convention.

Bush has also already played his two big cards, tax cuts and the war in Iraq. He cannot afford to do anything else or anything new since he's gotr us in a deep financial hole.

The war in Iraq turned out to be a big mess based on lies, and the tax cuts have resulted in record deficits but still minus 1.5 million jobs, and less well-paying jobs with less health care. Sure the rich Wall Street types and real estate speculators have done great but on every other measure Bush has failed us. He has not made us a better nation and 58% of Americans agree we are on the wrong track. Bush is also very vulnerable health care, education, environment, corruption, honesty, social security, drug costs, energy costs and foreign affairs.
