Could you please explain to me how I set up a replicable experiment to test the Buddha's theory of Liberation from the Wheel of Rebirth, detailing how I measure the results, and with what tools? It should also include instructions for double-blind controls to screen out subject bias. TIA.

Firstly, how many years do you have to devote to this project, secondly are you prepared to do the work required to understand what you are doing, thirdly I am probably not qualified to explain all of that, and fourthly the buddha described the Void that can now be seen, but unfortunately not experienced, by using a microscope. If you don't believe that there is any Truth in Experience, then look at the quote on FaultLine's profile. If you don't believe that, ask unclewest, ask cnyndwllr. If you don't believe them, ask yourself. You are the only tool you need, and you can be your own yardstick even, but then it's hard not to look around a bit, for some reason that's a habit that we as humans, just can't seem to shake. There are millions of double blind studies by now and they all see this Void.

When they choose the new Dalai Lama the tiny thing will be put through a number of tests, not alone but with others. If you want to learn about these, it's like I say, how much time do you have.
