Yes, reductions are showing up everywhere and the word is out that May was the peak. Once a trend reverses it, like the markets, takes years to correct and then a new bull market will be born when no one would consider investing in real estate. Yes the bubble is, well, leaking anyways.
Likely there will be no more price increases for a few years. Same with Australia. It's now time to correct the excesses.
