Russert quoted Miller's praise for John Kerry just 2 years ago after Miller finished telling Russert that he had problems with Kerry's candidacy. To which Miller changed the subject and went onto say how he supported Bush but not hate Kerry.

In that interview, Zel Miller did succeed in proving to the people that he has his brains in his balls.

IMO, Zell Miller may be an effective advocate for GW Bush...I'm not sure what his real motives are...it would be interesting for 'a Woodward or a Bernstein' to explore all the tentacles...It wouldn't surprise me if Karl Rove's operatives have secretly set up an offshore account with a trust fund for Mr. Miller...stranger things have happened.

btw, interesting timing for the heightened terror alerts.
