Aside from being jerks, those guys were cowards ... too scared to provide their names. I don't know why our military allows scumbags like that to enlist.

BS. There will always be some rightwing veterans or soldiers who dislike Kerry's centrist views or opposition to the Vietnam war, but the vast majority of Americans now understand Vietnam was a terrible mistake, Bush led us to war in Iraq based on lies (or at least exaggerations) and that Kerry is a true blue war hero despite whatever else. Also interesting, Russert exposed the Bushies yesterday. As Zell Miller was parroting the Bushie lie that Kerry's voting record proves he was "weak on defense", Russert reminded Zell that his voting record was exactly the same. Zell visibly blanched at being exposed like that. Fact is Kerry's voting record also reflects Cheney's views back in the 80's, plus Bush Sr's views and many other conservatives views. They al voted for peace dividend defense cutbacks then boasted about it.
