Documents reviewed by The New York Times showed that Mr. Bush served in at least 9 of the 17 months in question

Thank you for providing something that corroborates what most people say. Junior was AWOL/deserted. How long does someone have to be missing before they are considered AWOL? How long before they are considered a deserter?

Please don't bring up that stale excuse that you can't go AWOL from the Guard. I know the guard calls someone who has went AWOL a “non-locatee”. Would it make you feel better if people referred to him as a non-locatee instead of saying he went AWOL? I prefer AWOL because everyone knows what that is. It is what junior did.
