Although I have studied proliferation issues for some time, I only learned how really easy it might be to build a gun-type nuclear weapon with the explosive power of the one used in Hiroshima about two weeks ago.

It is enormously easier if the people setting it off are willing to die in the process, which we of course know is also true.
