Me Visionary leadership (lotsa empty rhetoric - Of course we can hire writers from the Kerry/Bush campaigns):
Well paid (and all of it tax-exempt)
Get lotsa nookie,
Get other people to do my laundry, etc.

You (Management):
A career as a leader of men, women and bastard offspring.
PR with a group of pasty-faced, glassy-eyed sycophantic no-hopers who will do your bidding for you.
