In 20 years, not one piece of legislation with his name on it.

An impassioned speech against tenure at yale several yrs ago, then did nothing to follow up legislatively. Another impassioned speech against affirm action, then again, no action.

Methinks he tries to make himself look like a moderate, while taking no action to prove as much !

He came home from Vietnam early and called the government that kept him alive there, and brought him safely home "criminal".

But considering that they kept him alive there and brought him safely home, maybe, at the end of the day, he accidentally had a point...
