bush asked ridge how often he appeared in front of various committees for hearings in congress in the last year. Ridge said 140 times. It does appear we will have congress reorganize and give up some budget control over various departments if this is to be successful.

A position to be working on security is taken out of his daily assignment to appease congressment and perhaps get their names or committee some press.. How awfully unproductive.
