Al, it is my belief that the CIA was heavily involved in the Abu Ghraib torture and humiliation acts. We're wasting our time trying to find out "what did Bush or Rumsfeld know, and when did they know it," unless we're willing to lay open the entire "black world" of the CIA.

But I guess in an election year, pointing the finger at Bush and Rumsfeld is better than nothing.
