Really excellent, uw, especially these words "If my child chooses..." which was also Coby's point. If mine choose, I hope for the strength to show nothing but pride and support. But "sacrifice" them? No.

Edit: The original point of that story may have gotten lost-- I was trying to say that it is sometimes hard to separate emotional reactions from objective thinking and that can be a weapon for the opposing side. Michael Moore used it with his question to O'Reilly (who was not as quick as you two), and I believe Kerry is using it more broadly with his vague promises.
