Bush is still building his war chest. He will continue building until after the GOP convention. It is without doubt that he is about to spend some $70 million dollars to better define himself AND define Kerry (a thing Kerry has obviously failed to do).

I don't really know how Bush will handle it, but the currently available information tells us that Kerry is about to get a nice crack upside the head.
