Are you aware that DoCoMo, a leader despite all the criticism it gets, has presented its 4G vision using OFDM and some variant of CDMA?

If OFDM uses Q IPR, why would the IPR get "trashed," as you say, if it may be necessary to OFDM's implementation? Do you have any basis for saying that Q's IPR is not necessary for OFDM?

Yes, OFDM is getting some traction. Good and well, now tell us why this means the end of the value of Q's IPR? Do you have any special insight into how OFDM somehow destroys it? If you do, let's hear it.

It's rude to tantalize those here with claims of your experience, knowledge, etc., issue a couple of opinions which would be devastating if true, then refuse to provide the factual basis for them.
