>>thanks I really like stratfor.<<

It always gives me a kick to read about something on Stratfor on day one and hear the talking heads on TV say the same thing on day three. It's like, "Hey, you read Stratfor, too!"
"Stratfor" stands for "Strategic Forecasting," and it is a business intelligence outfit that, as I understand it, used to be based in Texas, but now is in Washington, D.C.
It is only one of two things I pay money for online, the other being WSJ.com. They talk about a lot of things besides terrorism, including economics, interest rates, and investments (though it is from a "macro" geopolitical and economic point of view, not a "micro" investment recommendation point of view). Their point of view is almost always off the main-media, beaten path, and usually correct.
If you can front the cost of a subscription, it is well worth it IMHO.
(And, no, I don't work for them, and, no, this is not intended to be a plug.)

And I hope you are right that this is a zero-hype market.

You don't think a Google valuation of $36 BILLION has ANY hype built into the price?
