U.S. Treasury is Expected to Stick to Borrowing Plans--For Now....Some dealers say agency eventually may scale back its sales of 10-year notes.

Story appears on page C4 of today's WSJ, if you're interested. The 10-year is the benchmark for 30-year mortgage rates.
