I don't understand why you choose to be fooled. Bush and Rummie knew full well what was going on in Iraq........and in Gitmo and in Afghanistan. It was Bush policy........pure and simple. They did not want to follow the Geneva Conventions. They are responsible period.

You are wasting your time. It doesn't matter how many memos they find that invited rough treatment of enemy combatants. He is addicted to the kool-aid.
