Thomas, you are forgetting Republicans are in control. They can do anything they want with 9/11 recommendations. It doesn't matter what Kerry says.

Like all Blue Ribbon panels, the tainted Gorelick Commission labored for months, and returned with second guessing and ideas for shuffling bureaucrats from office to office.

The pseudo-populist charlatans got taken in by this fraud, while the anti-American Democrats just LOVE bureaucrats...
