The problem as usual is that those who are ignorant of the operational plans of elite fighting units would have no idea looking on from a truck in a convoy what the tactical response was. In general with mobility the force would likely attempt to flank attackers.

The article speaks of driving themselves like hell away from the fire zone. At 30 miles an hour a truck would be 1/4 mile away in 30 seconds. Would I know what was going on 1/4 mile behind me if driving a truck as fast as I could away. What would I be focused on if driving scared as hell, what is in my way or what is going on behind me.

Those who cannot think cannot draw any conclusions.
