All I would like is to know exactly what Kerry thinks he has accomplished for the past 19 years in the Senate. Even just since 1990 would be fine....at least it's recent history.

The past shows his character.

There is an old hiring adage: Look for past accomplishment and behaviors, to predict future accomplishments and behaviors.
