Just because Gorbachev tore down the wall doesn't mean that Marxists around the world tossed in the towel and got management jobs at GE. Many were unhappy about the setback, but have continued to advance their communist and/or socialist agenda. You only need to do a little net searching to realize that many international communist and socialist organizations are working as hard as ever in concert to change the world to yours and everyone's detriment. The Soviet Union fell, but Marxism and its proponents and sympathizers live.
