no you can read the circumstances in the supporting statements and you will get your evidence whether or not the award of the Silver Star was appropriate. It would not be appropriate if in fact the vc lowered his weapon, fled and was found cowering and hiding and killed by kerry. kerry has denied shooting the vc in the back......
