It's only because of America's greatness, which far outweighs its flaws (and all humans and all societies are flawed), that you are on this board, created by Americans mostly for Americans (and what entrepreneurs had the vision of a computer on every desktop, and who saw the potential in the internet, once for universities only? Say what you want about people like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, etc, but they were the American visionaries who changed the world, and as you read this today, and plan to write your next anti-American post, you can be sure that you are doing so because we value freedom of speech, innovation, and that your computer, your internet connection, and whatever 'insights' you plan to give us, are because of us). So yes, SI and other boards, all yahoo boards, etc, allow anyone from any other country to join in, and freely speak--as well as trade investment advice. I, and I suspect many other Americans, are tired of those who bite the generous hand that feeds them, but look, you're still on the board, and the generous hand still feeds you.

I've been around the world. I don't like the present administration, in fact I think it's the blackest mark on our political history, but it will change in time, because our constitution doesn't allow dictatorship. Even if Americans vote Bush in again, he only has 8 years at most. This is to my eyes the best country in the world bar none, and I've been in other places and lived in your favorite country, Australia. Nice place, but nothing like America.
