did you see me talking laws?

I'm talking choices, informed choices

and don't tell me people cannot get killed only riding 4 blocks unhelmeted

they can

and do

it only takes one mistake, if you're one block into a ride or 1000 miles into it and your head is unhelmeted, you are exposed to critical or fatal head injury

people make driving mistakes and misjudgements every day

as do bikers

"an unhelmeted rider is 40 percent more likely to suffer a fatal head injury, compared with a helmeted rider"

I posted that so people make informed choices

so they can stay alive and exercise their freedoms

and it's not a guise of safety, it's a fact, riding without a helmet is far far more dangerous, 40% more dangerous

don't even try and hide that fact behind a so-called 'guise of safety'
