>>Saddam was a good guy when Reagan armed him, a bad guy when Bush's daddy made war on him, a good guy when Cheney did business with him and a bad guy when Bush needed a "we can't find Bin Laden" diversion.<<
Every policy at the time was the proper policy. Russia was our ally in WW2, our enemy in thje 50's -60's -70's & 80's. Times change and so must our relations. France used to be our ally. John Kerry believes just because if he get's elected France will be our buds again, wow, what's he smoking?
>>Trade with Cuba is wrong because the country is communist, but trade with China and Vietnam is vital to a spirit of international harmony.<<
Hmm these seem to be trades allience's set-up under Clinton, why didn't he allow trade with Cuba? You guy's are just full of hyperbole.
>>A woman can't be trusted with decisions about her own body, but multi-national corporations can make decisions affecting all mankind without regulation.<<
Hmmm, More hyperbole, 1st the allegory doesn't even work, there is no example given for some company making a decision for all mankind...blah, blah bla. 2nd, there has been no change to Roe vs. Wade since the 70's decision. Plain hyperbole.
>>Jesus loves you, and shares your hatred of homosexuals and Hillary Clinton<<
There actually is nothing stated here, more hyperbole. Hmmm, I actually don't hate Hillary, I think she would be cool to have dinner and drinks with and talk for a while.. But, the hatred I see for Bush by you guy's....you guy's need to stop and figure why you hate so much.
>>The best way to improve military morale is to praise the troops in speeches while slashing veterans' benefits and combat pay.<<
Please don't be a liberal and come here talking about military cuts with all you guy's have done. It should insult your own intelligence, oh sorry.
>>If condoms are kept out of schools, adolescents won't have sex.<<
I don't know anyone that has EVER said that, so this is fabricated hyperbole. I do agree that schools should not be in the business of dispensing condoms, that's lunacy. Where are the parents?
>>Providing health care to all Iraqis is sound policy. Providing health care to all Americans is socialism.<<
Name for me the Americans that don't have health care available to them? The Iraq situation is purely temporary, we provided health assistance to S.Vietnam in the 60's we don't now, more demagoguery.
>>HMOs and insurance companies have the best interests of the public at heart.<<
?? Don't know anyone stating this in their national platform, nice try though.
>>Global warming and tobacco's link to cancer are junk science, but creationism should be taught in schools.<<
Global Warming could be real, but not caused by CO2. Find me a Republican who has a platform that says global warming isn't real, good luck. >>tobacco's link to cancer are junk science<< Excuse me, no one, absolutely no one says this, more demagoguery.
>>A president lying about an extramarital affair is an impeachable offense. A president lying to enlist support for a war in which thousands die is solid defense policy<<
Let's see, one actually DID lie to a court, the other actually didn't lie based on all intelligence, if he did lie, then so did every Senator, including Kerry that viewed the same intelligence and voted FOR the Iraq war.
>>Government should limit itself to the powers named in the Constitution, which include banning gay marriages and censoring the internet.<<
Gays can get married, just not to each other.
>>The public has a right to know about Hillary's cattle trades, but George Bush's cocaine conviction is none of our business.<<
More hyperbole, W was never convicted for cocaine use. Clinton probably has more residual cocaine in his body than W has ever seen in person.
>>Being a drug addict is a moral failing and a crime, unless you're a conservative radio host. Then it's an illness, and you need our prayers for your recovery.<<
I give you one.
>>What Bill Clinton did in the 1960s is of vital national interest, but what Bush did in the '80s is irrelevant.<<
Yawn, no one really cares on either one.
If you guy's are banking on this to get back to the White House, a big good luck there buddy.
Oh, look at this, Skerri's futures market is dropping every day. 128.255.244.60
Your guy's best bet is to give SKerri a 3-month vacation and hope that there are enough people that want Bush out, 'cause everytime he's (SKerri) in public his numbers drop, he's dull and has no policies. The 3-month democratic implosion continues.
