I don't know - you do have north Dekalb and the Gwinnett part of Tucker, and much of what's east of the perimeter is affluent, professional neighborhoods, even below I-20. And there's no reason to think the large Asian and Latin populations, to the extent they've been here long enough to become citizens, would go for Cynthia. Given a strong alternative, she may only be able to hold onto the Decatur Bush-haters and those who she and her father have been able to do favors for.
