This isn't a liberal or conservative issue. Jobs go where production costs are lowest, regardless of the political leanings of the corporation officers. Republican and Democrat CEO move operations overseas equally. It's called capitalism.

John Kerry's intention is to make sure that the world playing field is level for American workers. That's about the best that can be done in an interdependent world.
