"But no reporter should ever be afraid to ask a question."

In a Boston Globe interview, singer Patti LaBelle advised Mrs. Kerry to "pimp slap" Mr. McNickle; liberal columnist Molly Ivins suggested he had inappropriately "touched" Mrs. Kerry; and former Baltimore Sun columnist Jack Germond told CNN that Mr. McNickle "was not a legitimate newspaperman."

You neglect to mention the report Teresa correctly told to shove it works for Scaife's rightwing political attack organization, a stealthy well-funded propaganda-spreading group whose speciality is character assasination and smear tactics against of Democrats. Actually the guy deserve s a punch in the nose or kick in the groin but he got off easy.
If someone were slandering Laura Bush she should tell them to shoveoff too. Plus, Don't forget Cheney's F OFF in the hallowed halls of the Senate. That's far worse. Why hasn't Cheney resigned? I thought he was a Christian conservative. Obviously not.
