Yep, England and Grainer get to do all this on their own. They're stupid if they take the blame. It's the Bush Admin's MO: we're not responsible for what happens on our watch...we're INCOMPETENT. I'm beginning to think that Bush is paying ZERO attention to Iraq and Afghanistan. It seems like we've gotten into the daily grind of shooting, bombing, running out of ammo and secretly drafting people. Is anyone running anything in Iraq? Where did the $20 billion in Iraq oil money go to? Who absconded with that? Why is Halliburton still paying fines AND still getting paid by us? Who illegally transferred $900m from Afghanistan operations to Iraq and who is going to get indicted for that?
