Bush's new debt = $1.6 trillion so far, but with a little effort I'm sure they can get it up to $2.0 trillion by the end of the year.

Yep and the funny thing is they are laughing at the pissed off redneck neocons who are supporting them. They could care less about anyone who isn't a bigwig. Many things have proven this but the one that proved it to me as much as anything was when junior wanted to cut out overtime pay. I never seen anyone mention this but if overtime pay was cut out companies would work their employees very long hours when they needed more production. The reason they would do this is it would be a whole lot cheaper than hiring a new employee who you would have to pay benefits to let alone the costs of training and other things. If overtime pay was cut out it would make the unemployment rate go up and would therefore make the available workforce larger. With a larger available workforce employers would have a bargaining chip with their employees when contracts came due. So all in all, if junior cut out overtime pay wages would go down, hours worked would go up and the unemployment rate would go up. These are all things the employers would like to see happen.

If somehow junior cheats his way back into office like he did in 2000 you can expect him to do something to social security like he did with medicare only worse. He would have a misleading name for it like he did for "clear skies" or the "patriot act" but you can bet your boots the people would would ever receive a check would be the ones who got screwed. We should all bend down and kiss the earth when Kerry elected.
