Bush couldn't remember a single part question at his last press conference. He didn't answer the question, his mind wandered off into different subjects, he was a mess. Clinton OTOH answered a complicated two part question (even Letterman had lost track of the first part), the second part in great detail and then promptly went back to answer the first part. The difference between the two this week was astounding. Clinton does need a better tailor but otherwise he's still sharp. How did we fall so low as to deserve Bush as our representative?
