Bush-Delay-Frist, excuse me. I'll spread the blame. All three are in the pockets of big HMO's and drug companies as well as Big Oil and other special interests. Frist in fact has a brother who's CEO of a major CEO. Conflict of interest. Just like Bush-Cheney-DElay's conflicts of interest in the oil,war and chemical business. They might as well all be paid lobbyists.
