It looks like Bush's strategy of lowering gas prices prior to the election may flop in his face.
Saudi Arabia is the only exporter of oil that is NOT at full production, and they aren't going his way like he desires. The Saudi leaders are afraid of their populace calling them an American lackie. We'll see what they decide.
